Purpose of the Position (Output) /职务目的
1. Work closely with cross function team for better demand planning to fulfill internal sales target
2. In addition to internal quantitative data, create demand planning that considers external data such as market trends.
3. Manage and control inventory level to balance OOS and excess (improve sales forecast accuracy and efficiency)
4. Resolve and handle exceptions to ensure smooth supply
Key Responsibilities (Process) / 主要职责・职务内容
1. Monthly sales forecast analysis and update on a logical basis
2. Improve forecast accuracy and control inventory level
3. PO follow up for shipments and ensure timely warehousing, especially for new launch
4. Deal with all kinds of unexpected problems in import/production process
5. Organize and lead monthly SCM Meeting with Brand team and RA team to share up-to-date information such as registration progress, launch time, promotion, stock situation, etc.
6. Keep KPIs above target
Requirement (Input) / 职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3+ years of experience as a demand planner in a consumer goods company.
3. Strong data analysis skills / Strong communication skills/ Meeting management skills/Self-motivated and good team spirit/Market trend analysis
