Key areas of accountability: Manage product quality at product whole life cycle from TR to EOL to ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement. Monitor sub-con quality performance, setting quality standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement Work with cross functional team (both internal and external) to solve quality issue in manufacturing process and outgoing quality control. Handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions. Planning and implementation of layer audit and annual audit at manufacture factory. Identify manufacture cost reduction and lead the project implementation. Qualification: Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, ISO, TS16949 ,VDA training are plus. Working Experience: Min 5 years' experience , automotive industry is preferred. Expertise / Skills: Excellent problem solving skill , proficient in quality tools like "7 tools "" 8D ", system& process auditing skill . Language skills: Good command of English (reading and written) / Mandarin. Personal Attributes: Honest ,speak with data , teamwork spirit , good follow up , work independently and result & Target driven .
