Key Responsibilities:
Design parts and modules of semiconductor equipment, and create model numbers, drawings, BOMs, and testing reports.
Develop and design testing fixtures, and collect testing data.
Issue purchasing orders for parts and follow delivery status.
Build lab tools and test functions.
Collaborate with functional groups to develop integration, testing, and shipping procedures.
Work with suppliers to develop parts machining, cleaning, and inspection methods.
Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve engineering issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment development.
Preferred experience in the development of toxic or flammable process equipment.
Familiarity with engineering materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques.
Basic knowledge of vacuum, flow dynamics, heat transfer, material science, and safety.
Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Proficient in using FEA software for strength analysis of design.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
