Job Description 岗位描述 1. Responsible for environmental testing of products 负责产品的环境类检测 2. Receive and support internal, external customer test requirement 接收和支持内部、外部客户的测试委托 3. Prepare test needed tools, accessories, etc. and perform the test 准备测试需要的工具、配件等，完成实验 4. Arrange test data and write test report 整理测试结果，编写测试报告 5. Support other colleagues to perform some test assistance task 帮助同事完成一些测试辅助工作 6. Coordinate external test supplier for outsource test 协调外部测试供应商，完成委外测试 7. Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and maintenance 协调供应商进行测量设备的维修、保养 8. Internal equipment’s weekly maintenance and daily check and easy repair 内部设备的点检和日常检查和简单维修 9. Create and manage documentation according to customer & Hella quality requirements 根据客户与海拉内部质量要求，创建和管理相应的文档 10. Other job assigned by upper leader 部门领导安排的其他工作 Necessary requirements 任职资格 1. Major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering 机械或电子专业 2. Know some environmental tests and experience in handling of test, e.g.: environmental, Waterproof, Salt spray, Mechanical force test, etc. 了解环境测试方法，有相关测试经验，如：环境、防水、盐雾、机械力测试等 3. Good communication skill, coordination skill and teamwork skill 具有良好的沟通技巧，协调技巧和团队合作技巧 4. English are read. Able to communicate with foreign colleague directly both via email 英语能读，能够直接用email与国外同事沟通 Additional requirements 附加条件 1. Familiar with Word，Excel，Outlook office software 熟悉Word, Excel, Outlook等办公室软件 2. Hard-working and endurance hardships, good interpersonal relationship 吃苦耐劳，良好的人际交流能力 3. Good working attitude and strong positive Initiative 工作态度认真，主观能动性强
