Summary of the role: Packaging Engineering is responsible for development, industrialization and delivery of packaging solutions according to VCMS principles and VPDS deliverables connected to vehicle cycle plan and manufacturing targets. What you will do? To develop and implement packaging solutions in both projects & Running period. Support "flawless launch" by participating in connected activities. Represent packaging engineering early involve in ME, R&D and Purchasing in early phase. Responsible for packaging distribution within VCM, maintaining the packaging production flows through daily management of volumes, transactions, and investments. Fleet manage VCC owned packaging against best possible usage and cost structure. Develop, implement, and maintain packaging standard of automotive industry within VCM structure. Drive and implement industrial engineering, R&D and Purchasing related projects within PE's responsibility. Provide daily support to production department regarding packaging. Act as the brains of Packaging team. Why do you fit the profile? Education background: bachelor degree or above. Experience requirement: At least 3 years in OEM’s. logistic planning related, new project logistic planning experience. skills： Preferably industrial or civil engineer. Analytic mind. Interested in teamwork. Basic knowledge MS Office Pro (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Good knowledge of English. Preferably basic knowledge or experience in logistics. Creative approach of problem solutions. Be able to work with changing priorities. Preferably in experience in production.
