Acting as DI China PTM (Partner Management) application support operator, the intern will execute support functions of partner management operation applications according to defined process. Main Responsibilities  Maintain user training materials, including handbook and training video  Maintain user list according to user authorization process  Support to execute quality gate of applications.  Support to execute application helpdesk operation  Involved in business user communications for application requirement specification (e.g. participating in meetings, writing meeting memo and tracing follow-up actions, etc.) Qualifications  Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration.  Minimum availability of 3 working days per week for at least 3 months.  Ability to work in a team and high interpersonal abilities.  Ability to create and publish user-oriented content with appropriate tools on respective platforms, such as script/ screen recording based on target group, goals and key messages  Ability to use the tools for more sophisticated solutions, such as creating formulas in Excel, creating reports in Word and PowerPoint Remarks This is not a virtual internship.
