The summary of the role: Responsible for Stamping-casting shop equipment management, make the equipment protective maintenance strategy, build and manage maintenance team, increase the equipment R&M, improve the TA and reduce cost/car. What you will do? • Make management to maintenance team, improve equipment operation rate, reduce equipment failure rate, and complete business targets related to functional business. • Control spare parts and tools cost, improve spare parts turn-over rates. • Organize maintenance prevention formulation and push its implementation. • Formulate and implement management formulations related to equipment. • Make and perform maintenance documents, responsible for maintenance documents distribution and change. And ensure documents are effective ,complete, correct and unified. • Build maintenance team, train on-site maintenance operator and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel, make personal could match multi position. • Achievement, cause analysis, improvement and tracking of KPI targets for workshop equipment. • Be responsible for R&M in the workshop, and participate in new model equipment selection, process design, installation and commissioning together with the product design and development department. • Responsible for the introduction of new technologies (laser, helicoil, CNC machining, etc.) in the stamping and die-casting workshop, ensuring the smooth implementation of the introduction of new technologies. • Make and perform maintenance outsourcing project plan, to avoid equipment serious failure . • Make predictive maintenance plan for stamping casting and machining line, keep improve PM strategy. Why do you fit the profile? Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or automation, material related. Experience: at least 8 years’ experience as casting process engineer. Skills required: Understand the stamping production process, familiar with the stamping production process, familiar with the stamping equipment. Understand the Casting production process, familiar with the casting production process, familiar with the casting cell and machining line equipment. Proficient in the composition, working principle, manufacturing process, and system operation principle of the die-casting machine. Proficient in the structure, electrical principles, manufacturing process, and system operation principles of the press machine. Siemens PLC hardware configuration, LAD, FBD, SCL, GRAPH programming, standard function block writing, fast fault diagnosis and maintenance debugging, HMI programming and debugging related experience. Experience in Siemens industrial communication, distributed security hardware configuration and programming debugging, and servo drive hardware and software debugging. Relevant experience in programming, debugging, and electrical troubleshooting of ABB robots. Relevant experience in equipment hydraulic control and proportional servo valve debugging. The serious and responsible work, has certain organization, coordination, management, planning, execution ability. Good English skills in writing reading and listening. At least 8 year Stamping or casting equipment design or maintenance experience.
