Key Responsibilities (Process) •Design and execution support focus for specific brand(s) in Shiseido portfolio. Create overall operational excellence for Product design, function, ensuring consistency with globalguidelines, while implementing and integrating local relevancy, within budget and timing constraints. • Drive quality and creativity across your brand by proposing design options that impact your brand based on your expertise. • Take the initiative to lead other departments and vendors in a particular design area until final production. 职位要求： Competency / 能力 1. Deep understanding of each brand's tone and manners and printing, modeling and CMF 3. Highly sensitive information gathering ability, cool and objective judgment skill of creation 4. Avoiding blaming others by the Future thinking 5. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment 6. Good knowledge of cosmetics industry, fashion and art.
