We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join Global Production Solutions team, in Beijing, China. In this role, you are responsible to develop content efficiency and effectiveness framework, drive process improvements for marketing content with our explosive growth while motivating team members to meet the challenges of an extremely data-driven environment. This role will be responsible for setting up operational metrics, and identify productivity improvement potentials for company's GTM strategies globally. The role will have full accountability for setting and meeting GTM content related metrics, strategic planning and forecasting, resolving problems, development and standard operating procedures.
Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, automated, user-friendly data reports and dashboards supporting the analytical and business needs of the design and marketing teams
Write and modify ad-hoc queries to retrieve data for analysis
Develop and automate queries and visualizations for standardized recurring business reports
Contribute to the measurement program manager's roadmap and own deliverables
Collaborate closely with other BIEs, marketing stakeholders, and counterparts to deliver trustworthy solutions that can scale globally
Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement technology that enhances the user experience and improves marketing tech systems
Basic Qualifications
Degree in a Business, Management, Design or Media related field, 5+ years of professional experience in managing design teams
English written/verbal communication skills and collaborative skills
Track record of diving into data to discover hidden patterns
Collaborate in a team environment, clearly communicate to business partners, teammates, vendors and stakeholders, and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners
Strong verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Experience localizing creative content for international and global markets
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in data analyzing or related specialty with a track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large data sets
Specialization in machine/deep learning, natural language processing, and/or image processing
Familiar with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java or Perl; Experience with Big Data Technologies
Demonstrated strength in data mining, machine learning techniques and statistics
Knowledge of ETL and experience of writing and tuning SQL
Experience customer/user behavior analysis; Familiarity with using data visualization tools
Ability to translate business problems into solutions
Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
A desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment
