微软亚太区全球技术支持中心(APGC CSS)是微软为个人用户、开发者、IT 专业人员到合作伙伴和企业级合作伙伴提供全方位、多元化的服务和技术支持的部门, 目前拥有覆盖亚洲各地区的专业技术组织工程师八百余人。我们为微软上百个微软产品提供服务和技术支持,其中之一是Exchange Server这个占据了65%邮件服务器市场份额的产品。Exchange Server除了传统的电子邮件的存取、储存、转发作用外,在新版本的产品中亦加入了一系列辅助功能,如语音邮件、邮件过滤筛选、OWA(基于Web的电子邮件存取)等功能,并且很好地和OCS(Office Communication Server)进行整合,组成完善的企业级消息通信系统,所以越来越多的公司和组织将Exchange Server作为他们的邮件系统。由于邮件系统在企业中占据非常重要的位置,所以支持Exchange Server的工程师是代表微软最高技术水平的团队之一。一个优秀的Exchange Server工程师应该具备如下基本素质:技术精尖、耐心细致、善于交流、并善于释放压力、善于应对客户提出的紧危情况、不断充电以保持技术不断更新;而一个专家级工程师需要有开发方面的能力去发现我们产品源代码中的漏洞并且反映给微软的产品组;另外由于这些专家级工程师们还需要面对客户甚至与客户一起工作,因此公司还要求他们具备有效的客户沟通能力和应变能力,能够借助各种资源,在工作中追求精益求精。我们真诚地欢迎对Exchange相关技术感兴趣并拥有创新精神的您加入我们,成为微软的一员!

Introduction:
Microsoft Customer Service and Support, Asia Pacific & Greater China Region (APGC CSS) is an organization focused on helping customers. We provides comprehensive and diversified services and technical support covering over 100 Microsoft products to consumers, developers, IT professionals, partners and enterprises. One of the most important products we support is Microsoft Exchange Server, which has a 65% market share across all organizations in recent research. Microsoft Exchange Server is the server-side of a client-server, collaborative application product developed by Microsoft. Exchange's major features consist of electronic mail, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage. What’s more, Exchange can well work with OCS(Office Communication Server) to provide excellent enterprise-level communication services. So today many companies and organizations are using Exchange as their email system. As email system is in an extremely important position in the daily work of a company, our Exchange Support Experts constitute one of the world-class teams representing the highest Microsoft technical expertise. A successful Exchange engineer has to be trained in using intensive techniques, be patient and careful, be skilled in communication and while working under pressure, be appropriate in dealing with customers' critical situations and assertively keep up to date about new techniques. Furthermore, an Exchange Escalation Engineer should be good at coding and debugging so he/she can feedback our product bugs to Microsoft product group. In addition, an Exchange Engineer should be good at communicating with customers effectively and make good use of a variety of resources in pursuit of improvement.
