销售工程师

岗位职责：
1、经营administration
1.1制定销售/回款/利润计划，并完成目标;

1.2对从对帐到回款全程负责,进行独立成本核算;

2.开发development
2.1制定新客户开发计划,并完成目标
make a new customer development plan, and accomplish goals
2.2最大限度发掘现有客户的潜力,努力培养成大客户
the existing customers find the potential to develop into a big customer
2.3力争得到全部业务/新品,并拓展其他业务
try to get all new business, and develop other business
2.4进行价格交涉,获取利润 price in advance for, obtain maximum profits
3.管理management
3.1收集情报,掌握动态,分析评估,制定销售和新客户开发策略Intelligence and dynamic analyses and develop sales and new customers development strategy
3.2各客户业绩变化的掌控分析the performance of the change control analysis
4.维护maintain
4.1和客户建立良好的人际关系; to establish good interpersonal skills;

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历Professional college or above
2.应届毕业生或1年以上相关工作经验
Graduating student or minimum 1 years experience in marketing relationship
3.基本的听说读写能力，熟练掌握办公软件
4.Good communication skill in oral and written English
