岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
·Development of competitive concepts for integrated EV Drive Systems.
为电动车驱动系统开发具有竞争力的概念。
·Creating and enhancing of systems with focus on system concepts.
专注于设计好的系统概念，构建和增强系统。
岗位内容/Job contents:
1.Requirement analysis
需求分析
Analysis and manage requirements in quotation phase (RFQ), develop and coordinate specific system solutions in project phase. Based on Vehicle/Drive system requirements, generate requirements for subsystems (Motor and controller).
在项目报价阶段进行需求分析和管理， 在项目实施阶段，研发并协调特定的系统解决方案。基于车辆/系统要求，生成子系统（电机和控制器）的要求。
2.System architecture design
设计系统架构
Consider customer specific interfaces within the vehicle, design requirement-fulfilled system architecture.
考虑车辆内客户特定的接口，设计满足需求的系统架构。
3.System verification and validation, system release
系统验证及放行
Design and conduct system V&V plan base on requirements. Take responsibility for coordination of the system release.
基于需求，设计并实施系统验证方案。负责协调系统放行。
4.Design, development and application on component level
部件级别的设计研发及应用
Create and maintain knowledge database on components (including non-
RB components), coordinate integration of non-RB systems and RB system.
创建和维护零部件知识库（包含非博世部件），协调博世系统与非博世系统的集成。
1.教育背景：本科或以上学历，电气工程、机械工程、电力电子、控制系统及相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above in one of Electrical Engineering，Mechanical Engineering, Power electronic, Control Systems related major.
2.工作背景：至少2年电机控制系统开发经验；
At least 2 years’ experience in motor control system development.
3.英文：CET-4级以上
CET4 or above.
4.软件：精通系统工程的方法和工具，如需求管理，FMEA等.
Intensive knowledge in System Engineering methods and tools like requirements management, FMEA etc.
5.能力要求：
·良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
Communication ability with all levels of people and flexible, good problem solving skills.
·较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神；
Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details.
·高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间。
