你需要做到：负责健身区域的日常巡视，提供科学、有效的训练方法、指导会员正确的使用器械、解答会员对健身的相关问题，确保会员的健身训练的满意度和锻炼的安全。帮助会员与体验的访客进行体能测试与课程体验，负责为私教会员制定健身计划及一对一带课训练。帮助购买私教课程的会员建立适合其体能和需求的健身训练计划。帮助会员建立良好健身习惯与系统性的推进会员健身计划的完成。完成部门下达的销售计划，完成私人教练课程。引导会员正确健身理念及健康的生活方式。
You need to do:1·Responsible for the daily patrolling of the fitness area, providing scientific and effective training methods, guiding members to use the equipment correctly, answering members' questions about exercise/workout, ensuring the satisfaction of members gym training as well as their safety in exercising 3·Help members and visitors to conduct physical fitness tests and experiencing of class responsible for developing fitness programs and one-on-one training for members.4·help members to establish a healthy workout habit and develop training program based on their physique & shape5·Complete the sales goal set by sales department, and complete the personal training course 6·Guide members on the right fitness concept and a healthy lifestyle.
你要具备：我们希望你热爱健身运动，具有健身基础理论知识；体育专业或相关专业大专以上学历，1年以上专业健身俱乐部工作经验，具有相关健身教练证书； 工作勤奋，敬业，具有团队合作精神；体型外貌优秀，能与客户热情沟通，外向、热情、敬业； 22-35岁，形象健康气质佳，谈吐流利，体态匀称； 有较强的服务意识和较高的职业道德与修养。
