Responsibilities:
- Establish and plan multiple projects according to business unit product roadmap
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules and set up KPI targets
- Responsible for project deliverables (cost, quality, on-time delivery and profit margins)
- Monitor milestones and key activities within project timeline
- Responsible for people resources and workload allocation; ensure all team members have sufficient training and skills for assigned tasks and proper staffing is maintained
- Regular communicate with customers and superior on progress review, to mitigate risks and achieve customer satisfaction
- Support Business Development team to implement Request for Quote (RFQ) activity and internal RFQ workflow
- Maintain and follow up financial open issues both internal and external to meet financial hurdle rates; Drive cross-functional team (CFT) to meet financial commitment through closure of open issues and design to target
- Create and manage relevant program documentation including open issues list, timeline, Engineering Centers of Competence (ECC) checklist, parts matrix, weekly risk assessment, and phase review workbook at minimum
- Lead and evaluate project team performance, make continuous improvement on project development procedures and process
- Keep an open mind to pioneer new approaches and develop new or revamp existing tools and protocols that continue to perfect the program/project management discipline
- Act as back up of Senior Manager, Program
Requirements:
1, Bachelor Degree holder; Major in Engineering is preferred
2, 10 years of work experience in project management
3, Project experience related to automotive products is an advantage
4, Good time management skill; good communication and interpersonal skills
5, Detail-minded and willing-to-learn personality
6, Fluent spoken and written English
