Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily communication with international clients and maintaining client relationships. 2. Handle client orders, including order confirmation, production tracking, transportation arrangements, etc. 3. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of orders and that product quality meets client expectations. 4. Resolve various issues in the export process, including logistics, payment terms, quality disputes, etc. 5. Collect market information to assist the sales team in developing new clients. 6. Compile and manage related reports, such as sales reports, customer feedback, etc.
Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields. 2. Strong English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate effectively with foreign clients. 3. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, familiarity with foreign trade processes and the small home appliances or hair styling tools industry is preferred. 4. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. 6. Proficient in using various office software and online platforms.
