Analyze regional mold/tooling market information, determine the target business, and find potential customers. Develop and maintain customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and protect company’s reputation in the meanwhile. Identify and confirm customer needs, collect information of competitors, and report to the company on a regular basis. Responsible for communication and coordination with customers and internal engineers, define project scope, technical specification based on confirmed concept, and transfer information to department related if needed. Responsible for project quotation and business negotiation. Cooperate with partners to track the project in the middle and late stages of the project and handle all business matters. Follow up the feedback from customers regarding the approval of project. Responsible for training new colleagues. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
