We are an international financial and business consulting firm with
offices in St Louis, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Our
services cover business process consulting, Sarbanes Oxley S404
advisory, corporate governance advisory, internal controls review,
merger and acquisition advisory, PRC and international auditing,
taxation advisory, China entry advisory, accounting / controller
outsourcing, etc.
Our experienced consultants come from USA, France, Malaysia, Hong Kong,
Australia and China. They have substantial experience in business
process consulting, financial management, accounting, auditing and
PRC/Hong Kong taxation. Most of our consultants are qualified CPAs /
CIA and worked for “big 4” accounting firms or MNC before they joined
the Firm. Currently, we have more than 20 professionals in Shanghai,
Hong Kong, Paris and USA.
Due to our expansion, we are currently looking for various junior and
experienced positions.
