In your new role you will: 1.Lead and optimize GC AURIX G2M strategy to drive business growth and achieve product design win target. 2.Responsible for providing regional inputs for MCU in automotive market. 3.Co-work with application marketing to drive AURIX MCU business growth. 4.Host and drive training to distributor to build team competence. 5.Gather, analyze, and provide market, customer and competitor insights from regional perspective to support focus applications and MUC business development. 6.Take the lead to build up MCU eco-system and expand the industrial influence in GC market 7.Co-work with Marcomm and Digital marketing to optimize MCU product G2M strategy. You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1.Master’s degree in automotive electronic, power electronic, automation engineering is required. 2.Min. 10 years of experience in electronics industry, preferable in automotive, with focus areas: products development, system engineering in Tier1s. 3.Knowledge of electrification and digitalization systems for MCU requirement and design rules 4.Being familiar with microcontroller application in automotive control system. Being familiar with Infineon AURIX MCU is preferred. 5.With ambition, responsibility, and fast decision 6.Demonstrate the willingness to learn new knowledge and quick catching up 7.Fluent in English (written and oral). 8.Ability to communicate effectively in organization (Chinese and English). 9.Professional communication skill with customer.
