Brand image awareness • Clearly understand brand values and design culture and how it translates into retail environments • Work closely with National VM to understand all VM/design guidelines • Apply design guidelines for all direct retail environment Product VM guideline for product story-telling • Properly implement and ensure efficient VM support, graphics and props ordering process for new store opening • Properly implement and ensure efficient method/process to refresh/update product display thru existing shop visit to franchise cities • Timely and efficiently apply seasonal VM guideline/seasonal message for designated area Team management and train the trainer • Work closely with franchise VM supervisor on training for franchise partners on seasonal basis • Be the role model for franchise counterparts on VM maintenance aspect • Participate and support in national VM training program mainly for franchise partner
