Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive understanding of the whole industry, also essential understanding of client products
and business model. Identify the market position of client’s products accurately;
-Demonstrate proficiency in writing basic documents required in the agency business (e.g. emails, summaries, minutes, media releases, pitch notes);
-Ensure smooth logistics and coordination for client meetings;
-Develop positive relations with key media/influencers, solid media relationship skills with
business and consumer media. Possession of own media resource;
-Able to understand media/influencer opportunities based on knowledge of stakeholders to develop
innovative/quality media pitch angles or proposals;
-Be a responsible team player, identifying personal issues and providing solutions to promote the
standard of work;
-Contribute personal input to improve existing templates. Support team in the logistical
co-ordination of new business pitches;
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in business management or communication is a plus.
-1 year of experience preferable with PR agency with proven results would be preferred.
-Mature, initiative,responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure and work
independently in a short time.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
