Objectives •Reporting to Technical Site Service document control manager, New Verbund Site China. •Document management to ensure smooth digital plant work. Main Tasks •Monitor document generation, revision and updating process during operation and maintenance phase to ensure all documents are updated and archived properly in handover software. •Coordinate document submission based on pre-defined milestones and submission scope, verify quality compliance, understand inspection report, explain and expedite correction whenever necessary. •Quality control data and document deliverables based on digital handover specifications Provide trainings to digital plant participators. •Help on authoring tool administrations. •Deeply understand digital handover specifications and help to review digitalization execution plan provided by 3rd parties. •Organize/participate regular meetings with digital plant participators. •Provide clarifications/answers to digital plant participators to assist handover quality. •Work closely with end user team to understand life cycle user cases and user requirements to facilitate potential software upgrading. •Task during Project execution phase: ◦Take similar responsibilities as above during project phase to assist project handover work. ◦Work as focal point with project team document controllers to fully support project handover work. ◦Conduct communication inside/outside IMT (information management team) team regarding digital handover work and life cycle use. ◦Assist digital handover software development and interface management. Requirements •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. •Working Experience: 3 plus years’ document management experiences with O&G or chemical industry projects coordination or management positions. •Technical & Professional Knowledge: ◦Strong communications skills, with creative thinking, solution driven mindset, and able to influence with impact in a matrix environment. ◦Experiences in digital handover work is preferred. ◦Knowledge with engineering design software (SPID, S3D, CAD…) is a plus. •Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
