Your tasks and responsibilities: Organize and coordinate the new product introduction as well as product changes of electronics and complex electronic assemblies. Introduce manufacturing concept as well as related documentation to production. Responsible for PCBA/Cabinet/Computer and subsystem manufacturing process control. Ensure with Development, Industrialization as well as Manufacturing Engineering teams in China and Germany that all relevant know-how, documents, changes, requirements and specifications regarding production have been provided. Arrange maintain all routing and production related documentation (Device Master Record - DMR). Arrange ME to create work instructions and descriptions. Prepare deviation record in case any deviation found before manufacturing. Technical clarification of issues regarding assembling between production line and R&D. Responsible for NPI and transfer project, setup up project schedule, lean the NPI and transfer complete successful and on time. Check the results of production according given requirements and initiate improvements Manufacturing support for coordinating testing issues during the first lot and change phase. Change control, consider all impacted facts before cut in or phase in change. Like price change, excess materials cost, assembling tools and test solution change. Detect and prevent processing and manufacturing problems. Support PE manager to setup yearly PLP target for manufacturing engineers, involve PLP performance evaluation. Arrange the MAE resource and monitor the progress, balance the workload for each MAE. Motive team member continuously optimize work instruction, setup a smoothly channel to communicate between production line with PE, Erl with SZN. Have a global view to cooperate with Erl ME colleagues. NC control, response to production line, QM, warehouse actively to solve NC, ensure MAE handle NC on time. Monitor materials master data maintenance and first lot incoming inspection, smooth our process to guarantee new materials receive and inspect on time. No pending to production line. Regularly review and optimize manufacturing process based on real situation in SZN location. Ensure gridline align with real working process. Your qualifications and experience: 3~8 years successful experience in a directly related field (assembling of printed circuit boards, cabinet) 1. Knowledge of Electronic manufacturing 2. Knowledge of FPY, DFM, FMEA. 3. Microsoft Office Tools, like Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point 4. SAP Knowledge on manufacturing engineering related modules (e.g. routing, BOM, Document management, SAP-EDM, Change Management. P41 System preferred.) 5. languages (English) 6. Good communication skills, PM certificate is preferred. 7. CIS Certificate of IPC IPC-A-610 G 8. Knowledge of ISO9002 and ISO14000 is preferred 9. ISO13485 standard is preferred 10.International orientation is essential, experience with international employers and customers, intercultural experience is preferable
