职位描述 In order to secure our further sustainable and qualitative growth, we are looking for employees in various areas. 为了保证我们的长期发展和业务的迅速增长,我们正在招募如下岗位空缺: Air Freight Gateway Manager 空运航线经理 JOB PURPOSE Primary purpose of the role-briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists: Being responsible for pre-carriage and main carriage cost control 内外协调, 根据要求完成指定货 Functional Responsibility To keep contact with airlines and agents to collect market info联系航司和各供应商了解市场渠道和各类信息采集 To enquire with airlines and agents 通过航空公司和订舱一代订舱窗口询价询仓位 To make consol plan according to foreast & actual cargo details and tt requirement根据实际到货数据和客户需要的到目的港时间混装清单 To book with airliens and agents according to client’s needs根据跟单客服所需要的服务要求确认细节,制作订舱单 To determin cosol plan according to BSA and loading & ULD requirement from airlines in order to reduce cost根据合约和航司要求制作最优化混装计划达到成本最为集约化 E-booking or booking online, AMS and etc.网上或者电子订舱, 完成航司要求电子数据 To coordinate with ground handling agent to fulfill ULD loading and delivery physically协调地面操作组板交货 To deal with abnormal flight status and follow up till problem solved不正常航班后续事宜 To share knowhow internally to department colleagues as internal training 对公司内部其他同事做航线知识培训和宣讲 To supervise team members workload and knowhow. 主管航线订舱组其他同事的工作量以及业务知识 Other tasks assigned by manager. 经理安排的其他任务。 Personal Capabilities & Education Solid air forwarder experience by 2-8 years, airline background will be a plus有2-8年国际货运代理行业从业经验,有航空公司从业经验优先 Easy going team worker 具亲和力,能够与业务合作伙伴和同事高效协作 Being familiar with MS software, being a positive learner 熟悉办公个自动化软件,乐于学习 Being familiar with grouand handling and terminal procedure 熟悉各航空公司以及货栈操作细节 Being able to work under high pressure with carefulness and responsibility 能够承受一定的工作强度,工作细致负责 Being able to travel domestically and internationally 有能力应对处理国内短途出差需求 Good communication skills, CET 6 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的沟通能力,英文6级以上,听说读写熟练 Bachelor degree or above 本科以上学历 We offer Competitive salary and benefit package 良好的薪酬和福利体系 Internal job transfer opportunity 建有内部轮岗体系 Talent development program 完善的内部培训机制 Inspiring work environment and culture for career building 积极向上的工作环境和团队文化 Who are we?
