KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-operation with team member working for campaign launch, daily operation and post buy.
PD/PDB programmatic plan , RTB performance media plan (such as WeChat RTB, Douyin RTB, ect), SEM plan(Baidu, Douyin, Red) generation based on client brief.
Media selection & evaluation & inventory recommendation (media inventory matrix base on budget and comms task).
Experience of turning audience insights and segments into addressable audiences and activating on digital platforms, programmatic ad and other related platforms
Daily operation and execution work quality control with team
Controls qualify regular reporting and optimization reports and continually enhance client’s programs.
Client communication & timeline management to ensure the campaign progress smoothly.
Coach team to monitoring & performance tracking and optimization for on-line campaign.
Campaign Post-buy generation with implication for future.
THE PERSON – COMPETENCIES
Account experience to management client and communication skill.
Media planning and optimization knowledge with 5+ year experience in performance media (PD/PDB; RTB of WeChat, Douyin, UD, Red; SEM of Baidu, Douyin, Red etc.) projects, holistic strategy planning and executive in digital marketing agency or media agency.
Understanding of performance-driven media tactics, especially in PD/PDB buy and WeChat, Douyin, Red, Baidu bidding channel.
Demonstrate data analysis skills, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordinate skills, excellent organizational, time and team management skills
Detail oriented, with excellent and proactive project follow-up skills
Comfortable with storytelling, analysing results and draw insights which improve performance
Lead team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve an inspire.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
Priorities had experience in SEM(Baidu, Douyin, Red)
