1. Organize, supervise and improve the daily work of the financial department. 2. Ensure that the company financial statements are in accordance with PRC GAAP and IFRS 3. Ensure adequate financial and internal control functions through operational reviews 4. Assist in the business process review and prepare relevant documentation 5. Review the products costing 6. Be responsible for the review of company investment 7. Comply with the external and internal legal standards and/or regulations which is used to standardize the company and/or company management; ensure the financial work is carried out in accordance to national/local laws and regulation 8. Provide business partnership to management by financial support 9. Implement, maintain and upgrade SAP system according to business and finance development needs 10. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Finance or related fields 2. At least 10 years working experience in accounting and 5 years as supervisor 3. Good understanding of current financial and economic laws 4. Foreign invested manufacturing company preferred 5. Good ERP knowledge; experience of SAP preferred 6. Fluent in English
