岗位职责Job Responsibility: 1、制定能源管理相关制度和能耗统计规则； Formulate energy management related systems and rules of energy consumption statistics;Supervise all departments to implement energy saving measures, and guide key energy consuming departments to formulate energy saving plans; 2、参与综合能耗管理项目的前期沟通、现场调研、需求分析、评估报告等相关工作； Participate in the preliminary communication, on-site investigation, demand analysis, evaluation and other related work of the comprehensive energy consumption management project; 3、负责对能源资源消耗目标、指标完成情况、节能降耗措施实施方案进行考核； Be responsible for assessing the completion of energy &resource consumption objectives and the implementation plan of energy saving measures; 4、监督各部门落实节能降耗措施、指导重点用能部门制定节能降耗实施方案； 5、负责组织开展节能降耗宣传、教育、培训； Organize propagandization, education and training on energy saving; 6、能源管理体系相关工作推进； Promotion of work related to energy management system; 7、根据政府节能项目补贴清单，申请政府补贴； Apply for government subsidies according to the list of government subsidies for energy-saving projects; 8、有ISO 50001能源管理体系经验者优先。 Experience in ISO 50001 Energy Management System is preferred. Qualification岗位要求: 1、 热能与动力工程、制冷、暖通空调等相关理工科专业、擅长数据分析； Major in thermal energy and power engineering, refrigeration, HVAC and other related science and engineering, good at data analysis; 2、 熟悉能源相关法规、标准和体系管理流程； Familiar with energy related regulations, standards and system management processes; 3、 熟悉工业生产过程中节能技术应用及设备节能等相关技术应用； Familiar with the application of energy-saving and equipment energy-saving technology in industrial production; 4、 熟练使用CAD、PPT等软件； Familiar with CAD, PPT and other software; 5、 至少2年以上能源相关工作； At least 2 years working experience in energy area; 6、英语四级以上，具备听说读写能力； CET-4 or above, with basic English skills; 7、优先考虑持有中级工程师职称和能源工作经验的应聘者。 People with Intermediate Engineer Title and Energy related working experience will be preferred.
