一、职位描述： 1. Identifying and generating power module specifications by working with cross-functional teams and multinational leading teams, developing medium or small reliable, flexible and cost-effective power solutions 负责电源模块规格定义，负责设计开发中小功率,可靠，通用，高性价比的电源解决方案 2. Designing new products in conformance with Legrand Group's policies, marketing requirements, quality requirements and international regulations 负责新产品设计，确保设计符合集团政策，市场要求，质量要求和外部标准 3. Defining, directing, and participating in product design verification, root-cause analysis for design issues 定义指导及参与产品设计验证，解决研发，生产过程及客户使用中出现的电源及硬件相关技术问题； 4. Deliver design documents following the requirements from NPD process, project management and PLM system 提交符合研发流程，项目管理及文档管理系统要求的设计文档 5. VAVE design, production technical supporting, project sustaining and etc. 参与产品设计改良,产品更新升级及技术支持等。 二、任职资格：: 1. 良好的的表达能力和沟通能力，具有团队精神，务实，细心，责任心强。 Good communication skill, team spirit, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility. 2. 本科学历，电子或自动化专业，熟练掌握电路，数模电和自动控制基础知识。 Electronic or automation background of education , strong knowledge of digital, analog circuit. 3. 两年以上开关电源开发经验。熟悉基本拓扑，buck,正激，反激，半桥，全桥等，精通反激电路且有实际研发经验。 2+ years of experience on power supply design, familiar with power supply basic toplogy such as forward, fly back, half-bridge and full-bridge. Proficient in fly-back topology and have successful product experience. 4. 熟悉电源测试性能指标，熟悉安规（UL/cUL, CE）以及EMC（FCC,EN）标准。 Familiar with power supply performance and reliability regulation. Familiar with safety standard(UL/cUL/CE) as well as EMC（FCC,EN）standard. 5. 熟悉Alitum Designer，熟悉开关电源布板要求，熟悉变压器设计。 Familiar with Altium Designer, layout requirement, and transformer design. 6. 英语良好，CET-4及以上。 Good English ,CET-4 or above.
