Position Summary • As advance manufacture engineer. Focus on the new product introduce & manufacture design. Including new product manufacture& process design…. Salary range: 10k-15k Key Responsibilities • Launch New project, ensure production process ready on time and capable enough for mass production. Will focus on project run in oversea factory • Design process of product assembling for new project, with process flow definition, machine design & introduce, Capex evaluate, cycle time evaluate, layout with new project, fixture design, PFMEA, cycle time calculation, process and product failure analysis, DOE for process setting • Make NPI project plan, Organize Sub-con resource to service project and production. • Lead problem solving for process deviation in manufacturing during project phase. • Continuous improvement for Failure rate reduction, process optimization and automation introduction. Ensure the production quality and manufacturing cost meet project target on time ___________________________________________________________ Person Specifications • Bachelor’s degree with 5 + year working experience. • Major in mechanical engineering or automation • Good both written and spoken English. • Ability and experience to test, review and optimize solutions together with internal and supplier engineers - take ownership of sign offs for equipment. • Experience of working with OEM/subcontract. • Full knowledge with metal manufacturing process. • Good at Microsoft and PPT skill • Good inter-personal skill and effective communication. • 3D skill of UG is prefer
