光学主任工程师/技术总监（Principle Optical Engineer） 职位描述 1. 开发从发射到接收光路的模型； 2. 进行系统级杂散光分析并提供解决方案； 3. 进行光机公差分析，评估对系统性能的影响； 4. 进行无热化光学设计，以减轻高低温对系统性能的影响； 5. 建立和指导光学元件级和系统级的验证测试； 6. 支持通过仿真解决光学系统性能异常的问题； 7. 开发和利用脚本来进行动自动化仿真分析。 Responsibilities： 1.Develop comprehensive modeling for optical paths from light generation to light detection 2.Conduct system level stray light analyses and provide solutions 3.Conduct opto-mechanical tolerance analyses to assess impact on system performance 4.Conduct athermal optical design to mitigate the thermal impact on system performance 5.Establish and direct optical component and system verification and validation tests 6.Support troubleshooting optical system performance irregularities through simulations 7.Develop and utilize scripts to automate simulation analyses 职位要求 1. 光学工程或相关专业硕士学位，博士优先； 2. 5年以上主管光学工程师工作经验。有激光雷达系统设计经验者优先考虑； 3. 5年以上非序列光学设计软件的使用经验，如Zemax,Lighttools, ASAP等； 4. 熟练使用CAD软件(SolidWorks, CREO或CATIA)，包括将光机结构系统文件转换为光学仿真用途。 5. 较强的数据分析能力，包括DOE和多变量的公差分析； 6. 有使用MATLAB, Python或相关软件的经验； 7. 较强的沟通能力和报告写作能力。 Requirements： 1.M.S. in Optical Engineering or related field，PhD is preferred 2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an lead optical engineer role. Experience designing LiDAR systems is an advantage 3.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with non-sequential optical design software such as Zemax，Lighttools & ASAP, etc. 4.Proficiency with CAD（SolidWorks, CREO or CATIA）including preparation and transfer of system designs for optical simulations 5.Strong data analysis capability, including DOE and multivariable tolerance analysis 6.Experience using MATLAB, Python or comparable 7.Strong communication and report writing skills
