About Mobiwire, Mobiwire is an international company with different office sites in China and abroad. We are ODM of mobile phone and IOT device and providing our professional service to worldwide operators and local brands. About the position, Software Project Manager (SPM) is a management position requiring software knowledge. SPM is key contact person towards customer for all software related topics, and his/her target is to introduce software requirements from customer to R&D software team and makes software schedule well aligned with project schedule at execution level. SPM needs to have daily and regular communication with customer on understanding customer requirements, reporting software development status and dealing with blocking issues. Our software can be for feature phone RTOS and Android devices. Despite of different offices we have, CPM works in Fenghua/Ningbo and will have travels in China and abroad when needed. Key assignments — Analyzing and understanding software requirements from customer, — Introducing software requirements to software team and making a software development together with software team — Making software development planning and make it aligned with project and certification schedule, — Making software validation planning to ensure software quality, — Monitoring software development to ensure no unacceptable deviation compared to planning, — Daily communication with customer on all software related topics — Utilizing own software knowledge to help team to solve blocking issues, — Having positive interference to project team and motivating team to achieve common target, Skill & Experience needed — Having at least 2 years working experience in software related industry and 3 years working experience, experience in mobile phone industry is preferred, — Having broad software knowledge including feature phone and smartphone, — Good project management skill and sense, — Having leadership to bring positive motivation to whole team, — Excellent communication skill and experience with foreign customers is preferred, — Open-minded and well motivated to work as SPM, — Excellent English, Note, we accept exceptional case whenever above items are not met and you believe you are capable for this position. 关于Mobiwire： Mobiwire是一家国际性公司，在中国和国外拥有不同的办公地点。 我们是移动电话和物联网设备的ODM，为全球运营商和本地品牌提供专业服务。 关于职位： 软件项目经理（SPM）是一个需要软件知识的管理职位。 SPM是所有软件相关主项目的客户主要联系人，其目标是向研发软件团队介绍客户的软件需求，并使软件进度与项目进度在执行层面保持一致。SPM需要与客户就了解客户需求、报告软件开发状态和处理阻塞问题进行日常和定期的沟通。 我们的软件可以是功能手机RTO和Android设备。 尽管我们有不同的办事处，CPM在奉化/宁波工作，需要时将在中国和国外出差。 岗位职责： 1)分析和理解客户的软件需求; 2)向软件团队介绍软件需求，与软件团队一起进行软件开发; 3)制定软件开发计划，使之与项目和认证计划相一致， 4)制定软件验证计划，确保软件质量; 5)监控软件开发，确保与计划相比没有不可接受的偏差; 6)与客户就所有软件相关话题进行日常沟通 7)利用自己的软件知识帮助团队解决阻塞问题， 8)积极干预项目团队，激励团队实现共同目标， 任职资格： 1)2年以上软件相关行业工作经验，3年以上手机行业工作经验者优先； 2)具有丰富的软件知识，包括功能手机和智能手机; 3)良好的项目管理技能和意识; 4)有领导才能给整个团队带来积极的动力; 5)优秀的沟通技巧和有与国外客户沟通经验者优先； 6)心胸开阔，积极主动地担任SPM， 7)优秀的英语能力。 请注意，我们接受例外情况。
