Job Responsibility: 1. Assist the manager to manage daily job, lead lower level staff with in-depth knowledge of analytical technologies. 2. Lead the failure analysis on electrical components to find the defect root cause with experienced FA skills. Handle complicated FA case of either customer FAR or BE Production. 3. Establish measurement methods for products. Present FA and communicate and collaborate with other departments of Wux site with FA expert knowledge of analytical technologies. 4. Detect and solve problems to recommend and execute / implement corrective / improvement actions which enhance the quality or cost effectiveness. 5. Maintain and continuously improve FA processes, ensure correct FA procedures carried out in accordance with the written process and work instructions to fulfil FA engineering requirements, implement up-to-date FA techniques. 6. Share the in-depth knowledge of analytical technologies, provide training to develop technical competence, assist manager to help team enhance competency. 7. Ensure team follow and stick to the systematic working approaches. Continuously improve FA system to fulfil IATF16949 quality requirements and ESH requirements, ensure proper chemical management in accordance to the company ESH regulations, ensure safety in all FA processes. Job Requirement: 1.Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics or Physics or Materials or related field. 2. 1-3 years semiconductor experience. Knowledge of semiconductor backend process or FE process would be an advantage. 3. Good operation skill of failure analysis tools such as Microscope, curve tracer, X-ray, SAM, SEM&EDX, chemical preparation, cross-section etc. 4. High quality of reporting and good skill with MS Office software. 5. Good knowledge of the concept, procedure of FA and prolonged job experience. 6. Good analytical and problem solving skill. 7. Good and proactive communication, logical thinking. 8. Fluent in English both written and oral, able to communicate with foreigners independently. 9. Self-initiative, willing to take tasks and work under pressure.
