POSITION SUMMARY: The position is required to manage retail shops in Shanghai, mainly responsible for on-site operation, and constantly enhance store performance & staff productivity. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: • Assist Retail Senior Manager in stores operations and a good team player to set the high standard in the sales operation team. • Manage stores inventory in a rational manner. • Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget. • Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level. • Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity. • Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters • Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.
