• Responsible for Caleres’ supply base complies with the laws, principles and techniques on Social Compliance, Security and Environmental Sustainability • Manage the outsourced Compliance Operation Program • Plan factory audit (Social/CTPAT) with 3rd party audit firms • Monitor the audit progress, CAP Process and performance through 3rd party audit firms/platform. • Communicate and escalate audit failure/issues to internal stakeholders and factory management team for improvement. • Responsible for customer audit program on Social, CTPAT, or/and Sustainability. • Report Monthly Factory Compliance Operations performance. • Support or Manage specific projects through its lifecycle with Project Management Team.
