【Requirements】 - Define and partner with Tmall business + Ali team to deliver membership program on Tmall next phase iteration and Member registration journey on Tmall enhancements - Work with cross functional teams within digital studio (design, program, engineer, QE) and provide day to day product support. 【Experience】 - Experienced product manager with 3+ years of product management experience, solid in user story writing and familiar with digital product development lifecycle. - Familiar with Tmall Eco-system especially on membership/CRM related product experience - Experience in Consultancy/Vendor company supporting Brand/Retail business. - Experience with large-scale cross-org projects and partnering with engineering and business. - Is comfortable dive into tech solution details together with engineers 【Soft Skills:】 - Proactive thinker, fast learning, can-do attitude and handle stress well. - Easy going, smooth to communicate with. - Solid English (written and verbal)
