岗位概述 Position Summary Responsible for the design of electrical system and control system for new projects of the department; Support department new project implementation and project management; Lead department digital transformation project management; Assist the department equipment management team to carry out technical transformation of equipment and deal with major technical problems of equipment control system. 负责部门新项目的电气系统、控制系统设计与制作；支持部门新项目的实施及项目管理工作；主导部门数字化转型项目管理；协助部门设备管理组进行设备技术改造，处理设备控制系统的重大技术难题。 岗位职责 Responsibility 1.Lead the development and introduction of department automation system; 主导部门自动化系统的开发及导入工作； 2.Lead the department's digital transformation project management; 主导部门数字化转型项目管理工作； 3.Analyze department automation system for Downtime, improve equipment operation efficiency and stability, and provide improvement direction for the maintenance team; 对部门的自动化系统，针对Downtime进行分析，提升设备运行效率及稳定性，为设备维修团队提供改善方向； 4.Upgrading of existing automation systems, including diversion systems, filling systems, mold cleaning system, edging machine loading and unloading systems and other types of equipment required for the production of optical lenses, development of upgrading plans, identification of parts lists, the implementation of the completion of the transformation work put into trial operation, and ultimately delivered to the production line; 现有自动化系统的升级改造，包括分拣系统、浇注系统、模具清洗系统、磨边上下料系统等光学镜片生产所需的各类设备，制定升级改造计划，确定零部件清单，实施完成改造工作投入试运行，并最终交付到生产； 5.Participate in the design, development, evaluation and testing of innovative projects, and perform the necessary measurements and data analyses 参与创新项目的设计开发、评估与测试等环节，进行必要的测量与数据分析工作 6.Performs project management functions, coordinates internal technical staff with external vendor resources, develops plans and implements them; 履行项目管理职能，协调内部技术人员与外部供应商资源、制定计划并实施 7.Provision of technical training services, preparation of teaching materials and on-site training for users; 提供技术培训服务，准备教材，对使用人员进行现场培训; 8.Complete other tasks assigned by department manager 完成部门经理安排的其他工作； 工作经验/经历 Work Experience 从事本专业相关工作3年或以上； 有2年以上设备开发/导入/技改等项目管理经验； 有对外沟通/协作的项目经验优先 专业知识/技能 Knowledge And Skill 1．Rich experience in automation equipment development, introduction and continuous improvement 有丰富的自动化设备开发、导入及持续改善经验 2．Proficient in equipment development related knowledge and skills, such as automatic control principle, PLC programming, pneumatic component design, mechanical design principle and drawing, software basic application knowledge; 精通设备开发相关知识和技能，如自动控制原理，PLC编程，气动部件设计，机械设计原理及绘图，软件基础应用知识； 3．Extensive knowledge of production technology/process technology/production equipment in chemical industry or electronic parts cleaning industry; 对化工行业或电子零部件清洗行业的生产技术/工艺技术/生产设备等有广泛的了解； 4．Excellent project management skills 具备优秀的项目管理能力； 5．Good communication, problem analysis/solving and adaptability skills 良好的沟通、问题分析解决能力以及适应能力； 6．Proficient in office skills, with good data analysis and visualization application ability 熟练掌握办公技能，具备良好的数据分析及可视化应用能力 7．Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 流利的英语听说读写能力
