Responsibilities:
· Provide programme governance in maintaining the schedule, resources (including subcontractors), quality, change, financial, and communications management
· Oversight of the project delivery, including the scope, revenue, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables
· Have an in-depth understanding of programme / project risks and dependencies
· Work with project managers to ensure the project deliverables
· Develop tools and processes needed in the Tectura Project Implementation Methodology
· Seek and enable improvements in the current workflows and reporting
· Provide support for project managers, including providing training, and preparing essential templates
· Monitor and track critical projects (RED/High Risk) - status, progress, cost, risk management
· Provide senior management reporting on the overall health and status of the programme, including project backlog visibility
· Maintain a database of all Projects/Contracts/Customers engaged
· Maintain up to date Project related information, control centre for projects – Status, financials
· Work with Finance to come out with action plans for project delivery and thus revenue generation
· Work with Marketing to look at existing install base customers/projects and to generate potential GTM initiatives
Requirements:
· University graduate with Master / Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines
· Experience in a PMO Governance / Operations environment delivering large scale ERP projects
· Experience in tracking large-scale and complex projects with efficient management and implementation
· Proven experience in managing and delivering large transformational change programmes
· Strong interpersonal skills with different senior stakeholders
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese
