岗位要求： 1.本科以上学历，英语口语熟练; Bachelor upper degree，English communication skill is must. 2. 熟练使用办公软件 familiar with office soft, Project ,Excel ,Word ,Power point , CAD etc. 3. 1~5年工作经验， 2年以上汽车零部件领域项目管理工作经验，TIER 1 经验优先考虑 1~5 year experience, Min 2 years PM experience in Automotive parts field, Tier 1 experience is preferred 4. 有很强的沟通能力，会议组织能力，逻辑判断分析能力，时间管理能力，自我学习能力强。 Strong communication skill &meeting organization ability &logic judgement & analysis ability, Strong ability on time/planning management habit，strong ability on self-improvement and studying. 5.熟悉APQP&PPAP流程，熟悉FMEA&CP&FC等相关项目流程文件，了解MSA&SPC工具。 Familiar with APQP&PPAP procedure，familiar with FMEA&CP&FC documents, having the knowledge of MSA&SPC 6.了解注塑冲压挤出焊接等工艺或产品设计者优先考虑。 Injection &Extrusion &Stamping &Welding knowledge are preferred. 7.了解IATF质量体系。 Having the knowledge of IATF system. 8.对精益生产Lean有一定了解 Having the knowledge of Lean . 岗位职责： 负责项目管理工作，从gate1到gate5带领团队对项目的时间，质量和成本进行有效的管理和控制。 Responsible the project management from gate 1 to gate 5, make sure the timing &quality &cost under control.
