Job Responsibilities  A member of global IT service desk team. Provide daily technical support to computers, servers, network and application systems.  Respond to and prioritize support tickets, ensure cases are resolved in timely and effective manners.  Participate in IT or cross-functional projects.  IT asset management. Qualifications  Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology will be preferred.  Good spoken and written English ability is a must.  3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, service desk or other customer service environment.  Solid understanding of MS Windows OS, Office, general server concepts (e.g. file sharing, security, Active Directory, SCCM), basic network concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).  Experience with Cisco network devices (e.g. router, switch, VoIP) will be a pluc.  ITIL certification will be a plus.  Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills.  Fast leaner of new technologies.  Be able to work occasionally during off business hours.
