岗位职责： 1.In charge of Mexico plant set up and project launching in Mexico plant to support the overseas business expanding. 2.Plan and guide the layout, installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of machines and equipment 3.Lead the teams in Mexico on output increment, upgrade product quality, production process flow to optimize resources and etc. 4.Develop manufacturing plans and establish Equipment Maintenance Procedures and ensure team members execute the SOP closely. Implement and improve production team members’ working attitude and behavior, cultivate self-discipline. 5.Lead the team to meet internal target and customer delivery plan, ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards. 6.Maximize production efficiency and mitigate operation down time and workforce turnover, identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 7.Liaise with Corporate Team to solve critical problem at factory 8.Ad hoc assignment from management 岗位要求： 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing engineering or related discipline; 2.At least 10 years’ solid operation management experience in Mexico in electrical and mechanical components manufacturing, knowledge in motors is preferable; 3.Experience of manufacturing plant set up in Mexico will be preferred; 4.Sound knowledge of TS16949, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 etc… and other safety regulatory requirement (RoHS, PAH, UL-CSA, UL, TUV, JIS etc…) are preferred; 5.Strong leadership with a great analytical mind, organizational skills, and strong commercial acumen; 6.Team builder with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership 7.A high achiever who is entrepreneurial, ambitious and goal-oriented. 8.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 9.Good writing and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English is a must.
