1.Responsible for all battery development and production equipment, design, procurement and installation. 2.Develop, propose and implement performance enhancing modifications to production equipment. 3.Develop engineering and commercial relationship with equipment designers and manufacturers. 4.Coordinate with project leadership and commercial suppliers equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation schedule. 5.Manage equipment installation at TTi production sites. 6.Will take responsibility of the existing Advanced Engineering team, of approximately 25 staff. 7.Will grow the team expertise and knowledge, and thus enhance its capability. 8.Will recruit, hire and train necessary staff according to plan and budget. 9.The position is based in Houjie, Dongguan, PRC. 10.The position will require frequent business travel, mainland china, and some in nearby Asian countries. As the project evolve, it is expect the assignment will require extended, 1 to 3 months, business trips be outside China.
