Mission: Following the processes defined by OVI, manage the correct use of the system tools in Orbinox Ningbo. Tools: ERP-Spyro; CPQ-Repcon; BI-QSense; CRM-Salesfore; Document Management - PDM Strategic challenges 1. Promote the use and homogenization of the tools in Orbinox Ningbo. 2. Be a supervisor of the procedures, implementing the improvements that contribute to the organization and discarding those that are not necessary. 3. Propose improvements in processes that reduce tasks with less added value. Responsibilities 1. Contact person in Orbinox Ningbo with the OVI teams. 2. Answer questions from users and provide training by writing user guides. 3. Management of the incidents. 4. Lead the actions to ensure the security policy guidelines. 5. Contact person for the local information supplier. Training, requirements and minimum experience 1. Higher degree in management informatics. 2. Knowledge of ERP workflows in a company, like SAP /Infor and Oracle. 3. Basic accounting knowledge. 4. Availability to travel. 5. Advanced English ( at least CET-4) . 6.
