Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process quality control, Process variations control and reduction, Scrap reduction, advanced quality planning and handle of quality matters in new product development Key duties include: ？ Act as quality window in new project development, participate in ITO sample and Run & Rate verification, lead PPAP validation and preparing PPAP documents; ？ Update and modify the CP and other quality related documents; ？ Process audit, Line audit (Layered audit) ？ In-process product quality control and management. ？ Monitor the internal and external corrective and preventive action’s implementation and report the result to quality supervisor. ？ Measurement equipment analysis ？ Assist customer service engineer to deal with external and internal quality complaints; ？ Dominate and track Internal Engineering Change Report ？ Organize and participate in the root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions derived from external requirements or internal incidents; Tracking and verify the effectiveness of actions until close. ？ Drive PPS team to improve top issues to improve quality key figures including COPQ and complaints. ？ Use proper protection measures and equipment according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employee unsafe and improper behavior. ？ Implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES work instruction. ？ Attend regular project or process improvement reviews with oversea Interco companies ？ Participate plant level improvement projects as one of the key team members from Quality department. ？ Time to time trips to customer site as required; ？ Other tasks or duties task assigned by the superior Required Skills: ？ Good skills in problem solving. ？ Team work needed. ？ Skills for organization or leadership for quality improvement, good skills for automobile special requirement, like APQP, PPAP． ？ Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor. ？ Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT. ？ Positive enterprising, hard work. ？ Good communication skills both in oral and written English. CET 4 is a must, CET 6 preferred. Education and Experience: 大学本科以上学历；　 机械或化工等工科专业； 5年以上工作经验
