Senior IT LabOps Engineer What you’ll achieve As a Senior IT LabOps Engineer, you will be working on World Top1 HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) product VxRail and other multi-cloud products. You are going to work with cutting-edge technologies such as micro service, virtualization/container, edge computing, cloud-based management etc. And you will build up good business sense to understand and define the next generation HCI product together with global talents, and to win together with our customers. You will: Maintain the engineer lab network in a high availability state, mainly focus on switch network. Help product develop team to configure and setup lab network environment for product development/testing requirment Provide timely response and resolution for network outage issue and give consultant for product development problems. Essential Requirements BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent 5+ years of experience as master degree or 7+ years related experience as bachelor degree Expert on IP network , familiar with switch, router and networking administration and configuration.Expert on network topology and able to create network solution for global labs Understand of network troubleshooting skills to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs Experienced on creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available, Experienced on constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
