About Mobiwire, Mobiwire is an international company with different office sites in China and abroad. We are ODM of mobile phone and IOT device and providing our professional service to worldwide operators and local brands. About the position, Customer Project Manager(CPM) is a position that requires various of management skill. CPM is pilot of project at company level and leading whole team, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing to accomplish one project on-time with achieving customer requirements and company quality requirement as basis. CPM is the key contact person towards customers(foreign customers), so during the project development, CPM has daily communication (email, video call, etc) with customer on project status. Despite of different offices we have, CPM works in Fenghua/Ningbo and will have travels in China and abroad when needed. Key assignments — Leading project team to accomplish project(Mobile phone, IOT device) with TTM and quality oriented, — Analysing customer requirements and integrate them into project with support from whole project team, ensuring product is within customer acceptance level, — Project and communication management towards international customers, — Managing project risk and BOM cost evolution with support from project team, — Managing certification requirements and schedule, well aligned with project time-to-market target — Having broad technical knowledges to help team solve blocking issues, — Having positive interference to project team and motivating team to achieve common target, Skill & Experience needed — Having at least 2 years working experience in telecommunication industry and 3 years working experience, exceptional case can be accepted when you believe you are excellent, — Having broad mobile phone knowledges, including technical knowledges, project management knowledges, certification, etc — Excellent project management skill and sense, — Having leadership to bring positive motivation to whole team, — Excellent communication skill and experience with foreign customers is preferred, — Open-minded and well motivated to work as CPM, — Excellent English, Note, we accept exceptional case whenever above items are not met and you believe you are capable for this position. 关于Mobiwire， Mobiwire是一家国际性公司，在中国和国外拥有不同的办公地点。 我们是移动电话和物联网设备的ODM，为全球运营商和本地品牌提供专业服务。 关于职位： 客户项目经理（CPM）是一个需要各种管理技能的职位。 CPM是每个项目的最高管理者，以达到客户要求和公司质量要求为基础，带领整个团队、研发、质量、制造等部门按时完成一个项目。 CPM是客户（国外客户）的主要联系人，因此在项目开发过程中，CPM与客户就项目状态进行日常沟通（电子邮件、视频电话等）。 尽管我们有不同的办事处，CPM在奉化/宁波工作，需要时将在中国和国外出差。 岗位职责： 1)带领项目团队以TTM和质量为导向完成项目（手机、物联网设备）， 2)在整个项目团队的支持下，分析客户需求并将其整合到项目中，确保产品在客户可接受的水平内; 3)面向国际客户的项目和沟通管理; 4)在项目团队的支持下管理项目风险和物料清单成本演变; 5)管理认证要求和时间表，与项目上市时间目标保持一致; 6)拥有广泛的技术知识，帮助团队解决阻塞问题; 7)积极干预项目团队，激励团队实现共同目标. 任职资格： 1)有2年以上电子行业工作经验，3年以上工作经验，认为优秀者可破例处理； 2)具有广泛的手机知识，包括技术知识、项目管理知识、认证等; 3)优秀的项目管理技能和意识; 4)有领导才能，给整个团队带来积极的动力; 5)优秀的沟通技巧和与国外客户的沟通经验优先; 6)心胸开阔，积极主动地担任CPM; 7)优秀的英语能力。
