About Our Group Wuxi HSA Equipment Engineering ‘s Primary mission is to provide maintenance service to HSA LCA line equipment to ensure production running smoothly, ensure machine yield、uptime、cycle time、OEE, product yield and quality, line 6S、ESD. Work with other functional dept of process, production, QE and QA. This role will report to an Engineering Manager. About the Role – You will: • Work with cross function teams including production, Process, QI, QA and QE ensure LCA line produce high quality products. • Provide maintenance service to ensure LCA line keep good performance(OEE, uptime, cycle time, ESD, 6S). • Work with IC/AIC team to improve LCA line equipment stability. • Work with IC/AIC team to support new line setup & new product launch. About You • Basic knowledge and skills in equipment maintenance, electrical automation or machinery. • Familiar with basic office software and good command of English reading and writing. • Good team work ability, positive thinking, strong practical skills preferred. • Can adapt to the clean room environment, can adapt to morning and evening shift. • Good learning ability and awareness of continuous improvement. • Outstanding fresh graduates of relevant majors (Bachelor degree) can also be considered.
