Main Responsibilities:
• Lead System design, integration, and verification of Edrive Power inverter System including all system engineering related work products
• Develop system requirement definitions, architectures, specifications, and control strategy / algorithm which should be ready for inverter software implementation
• Responsible for inverter sub-system and system V&V testing in HIL, PowerHIL and testbed
• Perform/support system modeling and simulation activities to predict performance and impact due to hardware variability
• Perform/support hardware and EMC design, electronic component selection, sizing, and circuit design / simulations
• Support business development team and work as window person and local technical authority to help the project acquisition from power inverter areas
• Work with the skill team members to ensure smooth project technical deliverables to customer
• Ensures the know-how accumulation as well as the continuous improvement of leading technologies and methodologies
• Support added value to the company by providing unique selling point or unique portfolio items related to hybridization or electrification activities
• Support R&D projects, industrialization, and/or SOP projects as / when required
Your Profile:
• Master’s degree of power electronics Engineering or similar majors
• Over 5 years solid and hands-on experiences of Power inverter design and SOP development, integration, and application in automotive EV industry
• Depth knowledge HV & power electronics and the respective system engineering of main electrification components (Edrive, Inverter, DCDC, OBC and etc)
• Good experience on system testing and calibration in HIL and PowerHIL
• Good knowledge of reliability and durability engineering of power electronics, inverter software (BSW, ASW) and functional safety
• Experience with one or multiple product development tools such as Matlab/Simulink, INCA, CANoe and so on
• Knowledge of E/E standards (i.e.BS EN60664, LV123, LV124)
• Familiar with FMEA, DVP&R and related quality process
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good overview of automotive industry development, legislations, and electrification trends
• Good Communication, team skills and customer delivery-orientation
• Be able to suit for business trip when required
• Good English skills
