1. Follow up internal and external customer complaint with coordinate defective analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions initiation and implementation, response to customer in time, dispose the return goods.
2. Support production by establishing and improving quality control plan, monitor process and quality measures, coordinate the corrective action, preventive actions.
3. Support supplier on systematic problem solving and close corrective actions.
4. Drive functional quality process to ensure the compliance of ISO requirement/ corporate requirement/ at NCS.
5. Lead the quality development program to the continuous improvement target.
