It is founded by Citigroup since 2002. It is one of the biggest IT software companies in China, providing both finance IT service and operation services to Citi’s core banking business globally. CSTC ICG Technology department mainly supports MSS (Markets and Securities Services) of ICG, which is one of the key businesses of investment bank industry globally. Global Custody Technology serves Citi ICG Custody business, which is a very profitable and stable business over 60+ global markets. Its Wintel team provides professional front-end solutions to all custody applications. Job Responsibilities Form part of the Local and Global Custody Technology organization in the Windows Technology team, participating in the full development lifecycle.  As part of the Custody Wintel Technology development team, you will be developing and testing programs of work focused on the all global regions.  Participate in the development of projects, discuss requirements with the business and design and execute the implementation of solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to team standards. Provide updates to management/PM on development progress.  Work with the team lead to develop and execute a road map for the rationalization and stabilization of local technology solutions supporting the custody and clearing business.  This team will work in partnership with other centers in London, Brazil and Tampa on multi-year programs driven by regulatory and market reform, product development and business and operational efficiency. Job Opportunities  Get exposure to various Capital Markets businesses at Citi  Build the experience of working in global development teams Additional  International travels may be required  Successful reference and background check Education  Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related majors  With Financial knowledge or background is a plus Required Technical Skills  Ability to communicate with non-technical people.  Self-motivation skills.  Strong knowledge of C# and T-SQL (MS SQL server) majorly in server side.  React knowledge is good to have.  Understanding of modern development techniques: automated testing, agile, continuous integration  Desirable knowledge: C#, T-SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, Git, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ  Desirable business knowledge: Securities & Custody, Swift 15022/20022, FIXML  Able to work with Production Support if/when required Required Non-Technical Skills  Strong motivation skills.  Ability to communicate with non-technical people.  Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill  Strong communication and influencing skill  Proficient in both spoken and written English  Work under pressure, manage conflicts and challenges.  Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Optional Non-Technical Skills  Have a sound macro view of the working of Global financial markets  Have a fundamental understanding of the workings of financial institutions, specifically investment banks
