Main responsibilities: 岗位职责： 1. Develop and maintain a good relationship with local clients. 开发国内客户，建立并维护与其的良好关系。 2. Strong objective to fight for new client. 强烈的目标感，力争新客户。 3. Interact with assistant/customer service, marketing, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction and media values. 与客服，市场，财务等部门密切配合，遵从公司的相关流程，提升客户满意度和媒体价值。 4. Research and analyze on media market trends and client needs, develop strategy accordingly to achieve sales targets. 收集并分析媒体市场的趋势和客户需求，制定相应的销售策略以保证销售任务的达成。 5. Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work. 与上级领导保持紧密的联系并完成其交代的其他工作。 Requirement 任职要求： 1、 Must be a self starter and extremely motivated to perform; 具备自我激励能力以及锲而不舍的工作态度； 2、 Team spirit minded. 具有良好的团队精神； 3、 Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. 具备出众的组织协调能力以及解决问题的能力； 4、 Must have minimum 3-5 years sales working experience 至少3-5 年的销售工作经验； 5、Good knowledge of the digital media market is a plus. 熟悉数字媒体市场者优先； 6、Bachelor degree or above. 本科以上学历。
