Responsibilities: A.Prepare and update APQP papers of new products. 准备并更新新产品的APQP文件。 B.Offer support and assistance to commercial department for potential project. 为商务部门的潜在项目提供支持和帮助。 C.Design correctly toolings of new products. 准确设计新产品的工装。 D.Inspection of toolings and sand cores 检查工装和砂芯 E.Track and summarize status of all new project. 跟踪并总结所有新项目的状态。 F.Define technical documents for all products and production processes (moulding sand, coremaking, melting, pouring, moulding and finishing etc.) 定义所有产品和生产工艺的技术文件（型砂、制芯、熔化、浇注、造型和精加工等） G.Offer technical service and solve issues related technology in production. 提供技术服务，解决生产中的相关技术问题。 H.Guarantee to define correctly melting technology. To choose aright related raw materials in order to ensure quantity and economy. 保证正确定义熔化技术。 选择合适的相关原材料，以保证数量和经济性。 I.Prepare scheme of tooling installment, guide tooling worker to work. 制定工装安装方案，指导工装工进行作业。 J.Improve mould yield, mould weight and products quality. 提高模具产量、模具重量和产品质量。 K.Management of tooling and ERP system 工装及ERP系统管理 Requirement: A. Related working experience in cast iron process engineering area is preferred. 有铸铁工艺工程领域相关工作经验者优先。 B. Bachelor Degree or above. 本科及以上学历。 C. Good English language skills and communication skills. 良好的英语语言能力和沟通能力。 D. Proactively working and fast learning ability. 工作积极主动，学习能力强。
